The presentation was concise and easy to follow. The systematic way of explaining the abdomen regions and the differentials made it a lot easier to understand how to diagnose abdominal pain. George delivered an excellent presentation on the surgical abdomen. He communicated the key concepts with clarity and depth, making a complex topic easy to understand. His presentation was informative and engaging. Also His preparation and confidence really stood out great work!

Dr George’s lecture on Surgical abdomen was concise, knowledgeable and interactive which focused on academically and clinically significant topics which we come across in acute surgical settings.

Concise teaching points related to the topic – understanding what different equipment is available when carrying out venepuncture was very useful to know – I feel more confident about taking bloods now and taking my time to identify the different veins available to me when doing so – the use of images facilitated my learning style – very interactive session and I found it very useful to then use my knowledge and practice on a patient.

Interactive teaching session which I found to be very useful as I now have a much better understanding of the common presentations/conditions I should be looking out for when a patient presents with abdominal pain. Taught us a very systematic approach, and it was very useful to recap this at the end with repetition.
